Yeah, not much to see here. And no I didn't learn form the first time. It's all good though. I'll try to be a little more active this time around.
edit: Reading rules is a good thing. Guess I should have done so. I didn't realize you guys take introductions so seriously. I'm betting this is too late judging by my super low rep but I will attempt to rectify the situation. Yes, postal police actually do exist. You will only find them in a few cities though. They are the uniformed division of the Postal Inspection Service and have been around for over 30 years.
Hopefully this is more along the lines of what was expected and I apologize once again for not having read the rules first. I will see about posting a Jr. picture.
