I can't give The Chronic a 10, or most other rap albums for that matter, because of the skits. In my mind a perfect 10 has to have no tracks I'll skip, and I skip those every single time.

In my opinion, there aren't different kinds of perfection. So you can't have a list of perfect albums, it's like Highlander, there can be only one. Once you've found your perfect album, there can't be another equally as perfect. You might discover one more perfect, but one is it, no list. And this is the perfect album.

I disagree. Music quality is not a zero-sum assessment: across different genres and different styles, there can be perfect albums that are utterly unalike. If two albums aren't trying to accomplish the same thing, then they can both be perfect.

A "perfect" album is tough to name. My criteria would be that as every song ends, I start really looking forward to the next song. Even the great albums have a couple of stinkers.
Most that I would put forward have already been named (Pet Sounds, Born to Run, Abbey Road, Blood on the Tracks, etc.).
I'll put forward three that haven't been named, but do pass that test with me. It's tough to tell, however, if it is the greatness of the album that does it, or the nostalgia-- the time in my life when I was really into music and these were albums that I could listen to on a loop.
