And Mikey... It had nothing to do with you using your Mac or not. That Security Token error is a known issue with vBulletin that is actually really easy to fix. Basically any form that collects or sends data on the site needs one line of code added to it to enable the Security Token or else you get that error. I thought I got them all before I let all of you guys in, but I missed that one on the Quick Search. If anyone gets that error again, I need to know ASAP, and I need to know exactly what you were doing.

During the switch over something got fucked up with all the templates for the default theme. I have the base of the theme back up, so it displays right, but I have to re-do ALL the template edits. This is a very time consuming process that I will get to tonight. As far as the board calling the wrong URL, that was because this change over was done while I wasn't around. I had to get into the settings for vBulletin and change the URL from that of the test site to this site.

As far as the old board it is currently at http://archive.gorillamask.net. It's still open right now, but will be shut down by the end of the night tonight. If you need to do anything over there GO DO IT NOW.

Finally, the next person that PM's me or IM's me and asks to be a Mod is getting their face smashed in. Seriously... STOP IT.

Anyways, I am at job #2 right now, and I really can't work on this until I get out of here in an hour and a half. Overall shit works, just not all the features at this time. They will by the end of the night tonight though if it fucking kills me.

I think you are just having a browser issue on your side, or you might have piece of malware/spyware that is fucking up your shit. Browsers tend to do this kind of shit when your system is infected. When was the last time you ran any kind of spyware tool or antivirus? Also does your computer overall function well? I mean the new GMF does have lots of bells and whistles, so if you have a shitty system that hasn't been re-formated or properly maintenance in ages stuff on the site might not work right. Having any troubles with any other sites?

yeah, I had this annoying issue while trying to get my confirmation email for the new forums since Yahoo has its spamguard feature on at all times unless you shut it off. problem is, once you shut it off, you can't retrieve any emails which were sent and marked as 'spam'.

At this point I'm gonna go ahead and say that we have tested the shit out of almost everything. That being GTSCH, Erased, JoeyB, and myself. Most things from now on are going to be issues on your side, and I'm not going to invest a lot of time in them. I know for a fact that on a decent running XP or Vista machine running IE 7 and Firefox 2 this bitch runs 99.9% perfect. That being said a few pieces of advice.

1. Maintenance your computers. Defrag your machine, run spyware scans, use your anitvirus programs, and run regular updates on your OS. These are all good things. DO THEM.

2. Before you post something in this thread check your USER CP settings and make sure you don't have something shut off. I spent an hour troubleshooting an avatar issue, and it turns out the user in question simply had avatars shut-off. YAY.

3. If you are having an e-mail issue make sure GMF and for that matter Undergone.org e-mail address are WHITELISTED and NOT marked as spam. All our e-mails go through those two sites. Also let it be known lots of people that use Yahoo Mail and G-Mail have numerous issues getting e-mails from us. This is because incase you didn't know GMF e-mails = spam, while Russian e-mails from "legitimate" businessmen trying to sell you Viagra is good! [/sarcasm]

4. If you have an issue try logging into GMF on another computer and try using a different browser before you freak out. I had one guy that COULD NOT log in at all. He then tried to log in using a different computer on the same network, and guess what? It worked. I've also had numerous users having issues with things while using Firefox, and then when they try using the site on IE shit works, or vice versa. Get where I am going here?
