I have noticed my jeep doing that..like when I am dropping someone off or picking them up, and sometimes like waiting at a drive through will kick it into park..but have recently been noticing that revving up. I do have full extended warranty coverage on my jeep, and was wondering if it means anything else besides a transmission slipping..an old clunker I had some time back used to do that right before the transmission went out. Do you think that if I get a tune up and oil change that it might help, or is it more serious to where it should get checked out by a mechanic?)
