Today I am interviewing with the VP that will be my boss if I get the job. I finally get to ask all the pay/insurance/401k questions today and see if it's something I really want. So far I like what they have to say about the actual work, so it's time to talk money.

Interview went very well and he is going to discuss my qualifications with the other VP's to make sure they all agree. He said I should be expecting an initial offer sometime by the end of the week. Once we agree on a number he will mail out the formal offer.

Another great thing I found out about this job, I get to travel every couple months. I will be going on 2-3 day trips to make sure our construction sites are following all of the procedures I will be writing. First stop? Canadia. Never been there before...

So the concert is allmost over, there was a skinny little freckled blonde sitting beside me and we talked a bit in the beginning.
