Constitution class refit cant really be topped. The Enterprise E (Sovereign Class) is the only thing that comes close. It's a dangerous yet beautiful ship design.

hey I grew up with TNG, not classic trek or the movies, if it were nostalgia talking I'd root for the D, not the A
I love the A because its all business, no fluffiness, no families, no little kids, barely any windows, its very minimalist and elegant
I don't deny that E is sexy like a motherfucker, but I gotta give props where they're due
ugh, I hate the excelsior class, especially with all the stupid add-ons, they just look awkward and clumsy

Well, I generally disliked the Excelsior look, but the slight changes for B were nice. Maybe I just like it because its the most unique compared to the rest.
bah, they ruined what little grace and elegance the ship had in the first place, especially those fucking pontoons on the front of the engineering section

The Excelsior class is a good looking ship. What hasnt helped her reputation is the constant scenes of her getting pwned in DS9 during the Dominion War.

Regardless, E is leaps and bounds better than all the rest. Sleek and sexy. Plus it debuted in what is easily the best Star Trek film, so bonus points.

I'll take the series finale over ANY of the TNG movies, Generations was fucking awful and had plot holes you could fly a borg cube through... FC was a decent enough action movie, but I hate the very concept of the borg queen and she ruins the movie for me. The less said about Insurrection the better... Nemesis at least has a big, ostentatious space battle and some pretty good stuff with Picard and Data, and an enemy who isn't basically a cybernetic whore

Yeah, the borg queen went against a lot of precedence. Voyager tried to cover for it a little, but still I will give you that point. I just think it had the best acting of all the films. Alfre Woodard, James Cromwell (though all of his parts were le snooze), Alice Krige, and no members of the cast of 7th Heaven. Plus the Picard/Data story in FC was much better than the equivalent in Nemesis.
