User Titles

This is probably in the works but I'll mention it anyways.
I would like to bring back buying user titles for other members. Maybe I'm missing something but I can't find it anywhere obvious if it is there.

I found that this was a good way to keep love/hate relationships going and it would give a use to the billions of dollars some of us are racking up.
