Rule #1: There will be one thread (http://forum.gorillamask.net/showthread.php?t=52988) for discussions of the discussions.
Rule #2: There will be separate threads for each Article of the Constitution/Amendment.
Thread titles will be of the form:
"US: Article 1 - Section I"
Rule #3: Keep the discussions in the thread about the particular topic.
Rule #4: Bumping old threads is allowed IF you are adding substantially to the discussion
Rule #5: The first post of the thread must quote in its entirety and link the original text. If not in English, the most official English translation available must be posted)
Rule #6: This is not limited to the US Constitution only, states and other nations similar documents can be discussed,
Rule #7: Keep the discussions narrowly on topic. For broader conversations, use P&C. Don't be surprised to see posts moved or deleted. No personal attacks. Discussions should be "scholarly"
