I hate accountants. My taxes are complicated because my wife works in Canada, so the U.S. return is a bitch. Plus, we are both self-employed so we each pay both halves of FICA and our own medical care.

Because we are self-employed, we have to pay quarterly tax estimate payments. Every year I tell my accountant (soon to be my former accountant) that I want to pay enough so that, come April 15th, we don't get a big surprise and have to write a big check to the IRS. I got a lump sum payment from my old firm last April and I have asked my accountant several times what we should pay in estimates to cover that. We paid those estimates.

This morning, he called me to say, "Gee, you owe $49,000 beyond what you paid in your estimates." Fuck. Fuck. Fuck. Fuck. Fuck. This is exactly what we didn't want. Fucker even tried to say that I never told him to factor in that lump payment into the estimates. I've got the e-mails I sent to him. Dickhead.

So I kept my first house. I converted it to rental property over 5 years ago, and all has been well until this week. I sold the property and the current tenant flat out refuse to leave. They should have moved out Saturday, but since they refuse to leave the new owner can't legally take possession. I've done everything 100% legally during the course of this eviction process, and the law just fucking blows. Step one is a 30 day written notice, which I have done. Next is step two, which is allow them to live there for another 2 weeks until my court date. Then it's all up to a judge. FUCK.. He might give them another month... Another week... Who fucking knows. I'm not even allowed to step in the yard of that place right now, and it sucks.

So anyways, this has been consuming my life since last week. I hate this shit.

His girlfriend was there when he did it and she was the one that called me the next moring to ask if I could tell all his friends. Sounds easy enough for most people, but this guy knew just about everyone. I've pretty much been on the phone for the last 2 days straight. He was the life of every party and never in a million years woud I think that he could do this. he had just started a new job as a police officer and had just started to take zoloft to help with his nerves. As fun of a guy as he was the consinsus with most people that knew him well seems to be that the zoloft had to have something to do with it. This guy would be the last guy on my list of fpeople I know that would do something like this. His family is having the service tomorrow evening and they asked if I would talk about him. Fuck man. I thought the only time that I'd have to talk about this fucker in speech form would be at his wedding.

It looks like I might have some rare heriditary disease where your body stores up too much iron. If I have it, I will have to have my blood drained every few months to keep the iron levels down. One of the symptons is irritation of the liver which means I can no longer eat red meat (major source of iron) and booze can complicate matters. WTF. What is life w/o steak and booze?

I made a direct hit on a player early in the first half somehow tripped him up while I was ahead of him and he was right on my ass. The ref saw it as deliberate on my part, and how do you manage unless you've got legs that bend backwards..and issued me a yellow. In the second half I hit him again, or rather he attempted to trip me up and we collided side to side only I knocked him off his feet, bounced him to the turf and stole the ball after knocking his ankle for good measure. I play left side midfield and it's possible for a ref to see this as an attack on the centre. Only I was the one who got a second yellow which equals a red. So I was taken out of the game, and they had to play one man down and we lost the match 3-2. the ref was an anal cunt looking for anything.

I've been suspended from the next game, I'm lucky to not have missed two games as it's actually my first offense since playing the juniors. It's like having a criminal record If I get two more red cards this season I could get kicked out of the league. Fuck that is like cutting of one of my own if I can't look forward to a match. I even have to sideline during practices.

At least it should eliminate the need to expell a player from games. Thats too severe especially in the league I'm playing. It could put off a less player. So I had a severe allergic reaction to something yesterday that caused me to break out in hives. Being the stubborn person that I am, I refused to do anything about it and kept on studying for my final exam. After 5 hours of scratching myself, I dragged my stupid ass to the pharmacy at 3AM with hives all over my neck and a big one on the top of my left eyelid, which left me with one fully functioning eye to drive. I got Zyrtec and went home to continue to study. Eventually my hives went away and so did my concentration. I fell asleep on my books. Woke up at the exact time my final was starting. Waited for the bus. Took 30 minutes for the bus to pick me up and drop me off. Then I had to find the building and room that the final exam was taking place. I finally made it there and missed about the first 45 minutes of the exam. I was so freaked out I couldn't remember anything I studied. Anyhow, so I went from having a low A in the class to something much much lower. God, I hate my life. I hate finals.
