This movie will not be released until 2011....but it's still exciting as hell. Yes, Paul Reubens will be playing Pee Wee. Premise: "An epic adventure, the characters get out of the playhouse."
If Tim Burton does direct the film, I hope he doesn't ruin it. The man has already traumatized a significant portion of my childhood with his remake of "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory." Let's hope he doesn't fuck this too.

Man, I remember the show when Lawrence Fishburne has those really long sideburns and silly cowboy hat... oh the memories.

no......no....no...No....NO...FUCKING NO!!!!.
YOu cant do this fucking movie. It cant have jombie, it probably wont have cowboy dan, or any of the other side characters. I fucking hope they dont do this as a cheap way to cash in on the "we were born in the 80s and we like to reminisce" generation (including me). Let it stay as it is.
And Burton? Really? Other than his animated movie, he doesnt have a very good recent track record (planet of the apes, willy wonka).

This can go two ways: horribly wrong or... FUCKIN EPIC. I liked the first Pee Wee film, but the big top sequel didn't do it for me.
