This is a vBulletin hack that adds some useful features to the reputation system.
Enhanced Reputation Checks (http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=199977)
A reputation power cap can be specified so that nobody's reputation gets out of hand and the rep system doesn't become meaningless. Thoughts?

User Ban List
An option to ban individual members from being able to give reputation to anyone.

We're not doing this. Rep has been pointless for ages, and that isn't going to change anytime soon. We all just use it to send quick messages to each other and for other meaningless reasons.

I thought this thread was started by some noob who got told to ask Syn for a "Reputation Power Cap". Like a secret power-up from Super Mario Bros 3.
