Superman vs. Batman
Who wins?
They've fought before, and they'll fight again. Of course, most of us nerds have read Dark Knight Returns, and it should be fairly common knowledge of the asskicking Batman gave ol' Supes.

Superman by sheer virtue that he travels faster than a speeding bullet, has laser eyes, freezing eyes and can fly; not to mention being able to turn back time by making the earth spin the other way.
Batman relies on Morgan Freeman to make him stuff.

Lol, I'm being facetious, but seriously Superman is a homo. Plus, I believe it was Jeph Loeb's Hush where it was reveled that Superman had given Batman a kryptonite ring. Batman uses it against him to best him in a brawl when Superman becomes brainwashed.
I prefer Batman, but... unless he has some kryptonite, Superman has super powers

Superman has super powers, but Batman is always written as a regular man with almost limitless superhuman ability. Batman killed a god. A mere alien should be child's play.

I'm trying to remember the Narration when Bats was fighting Supes with the ring; "If Clark wanted to, he could use his super-speed to squish me into the cement. But I know how he thinks. Even more than Kryptonite he's got one big weakness...Deep down Clark is essentially a good person....and deep down...I'm not."
Since Clark is the "boy scout" Clark would never really harm Bruce while Bruce is pretty much an Emotional Detached Prick and not hesitate to bash in Clark’s face. If Clark did have some backbone, he would just bitchslap Bruce giving him a Concussion and crush the ring.
