I used to be an Admin at another site like this up until January this year, at which time the other 3 Admins decided they only needed 3 Admins not 4...

However, as an Admin, I was able to better appreciate who did what for the site in an Admin or Moderator sense. Something I clearly don't see here as a regular poster.

What makes a good Mod from a normal member's perspective might be, who keeps their area in order, who contributes the most with posts (be it posting downloadable links or posts which prompt others to post) or who is most helpful when you fuck up a post or need something moved...oh, and whoever abuses you the least.

I guess what I'm saying is, Admin and Mods know who does a good job as an Admin or a Mod...for the rest of us it is just a 'who wears the nicest outfit' situation.
