Apparently he's still alive, he's been in some of the previews for the new season so i'm assuming he'll be on board.

I was thinking about this the other day as I watched the preview. I miss back when it wasn't so main stream and I wish they'd switch it up and go with different boats/captains.

What Jericho said...Sig & Phil are the best captains, I think Andy and Johnathan are pretty entertaining, they're a little more light hearted and they like to goof off so that makes it enjoyable in my opinion when all kinds of shit hits the fan.

Yeah I've been watching the best of episodes all evening. Love this show. Hopefully they'll stick to the no more blake faggotry policy this season.

First season in Hi-Def. Should be amazing!
In some ways, I do agree with Aegis, though. The very first season was one of the best because it was still a race. Once they changed the laws to where you have a quota, it took out some of the excitement, but I still love it.

Did anyone else see Phil and his sons on Larry King? I usually don't watch LK, but this one was worth watching. Can't wait for the next season.

That was pretty sweet to see Captain Keith throw on the dive gear and go down there. Even though the ending makes it seem questionable, I'm sure he'll be fine. I'm guessing he's more affected by the freezing temps than the knock on the head.

I'm watching a marathon of Deadliest Catch on Discovery Channel right now, and they just finished showing where another ship, the Katmai had gone down, and of the 11 member crew, only four surivors. Right now they have on an episode I haven't yet seen, and not sure how much further the marathon is, but I do know they have an entirely new one tomorrow.

I got sucked into that marathon for about 5 hours on Sunday. Bad thing was, I had already seen all the episodes they were showing.

New episode tonight. I caught the marathon on Father's Day, I think it was, and was again behind by a few..that scene where Keith almost lost his brother and he and two other crew members got banged up was something else.
I think something is supposed to go on with Phil and maybe even Sig on this episode? Anyway, going to go watch it now, it's too fucking hot in the computer room.
