Nominations: Favourite Shooter (Current)

By "current", I mean more or less this decade. Everything before goes in the Old School thread. Shooter means FPS, 3PS, tactical, scrolling, 3D space/air combat (think Hawx, Ace Combat etc). Lines are blurry, obviously - are Half-Life 2 or Bioshock/System Shock RPG's or FPS's? More or less arbitrarily, I'd put them under "shooters", since NPC interaction is still minimal.

Everybody name 5 titles (+ system), explain why if you want to, and when sufficient results are in, I'll start a poll, with the titles with the most votes competing for the "Favourite Game" category.

Oh, I just put the platforms on which I played them; if you played them on 360/PS3 or whatever, just name that. It's just so I get an idea for who plays what on what. This being a mostly American forum, it's probably gonna be 360-heavy.

Story mode was mediocre, but the online gameplay was amazing. Actually took considerable skill (relative to lockdown, at least. I couldn't force myself to play Vegas for much more than a few hours, so I couldn't say for sure about it) to be good at the game, and felt far less arcadey than Lockdown and Vegas.

Meh, my favourite R6 game will always be Raven Shield (including Athena Sword and Iron Wrath).

Also, both Timesplitters 2 and Future Perfect were good, but I enjoyed the latter's humour more.
