I’ve never understood soccer. Seems like a fairly dumb contest, honestly, and I’m not saying that to rile anyone up, I just can’t get all that into a game that stands a helluva’ good chance of ending with a score of 0-0. What’s that about? What did it prove? 20-some odd dudes ran around chasing a ball for an hour – whoopty-shit, I think I’ll do a hand-stand to celebrate! You might as well be standing in place bouncing the damn thing on your head for 20 minutes.
