I know this may seem really unappreciative of the countless hours certain forum members put in and goes against the "beggars can't be choosers" thing but some of the sites that these guys are using are incredibly shitty.

Shitty such as "Firefox just blocked 3 pop-up windows" or you must join to view these pictures.

I know that members to sites get faster uploads and maybe their wordly locations dictate which sites are the fastest to use. All I know is that I'm waiting for the day that one of these sketchy sites gives me a virus for wanting to see a see-thru shirt.

There are still some good sites out there such as Imagebam and Tinypic. Imagevenue has gone to shit but there is the workaround.

Could we compile a list of sites to use as a template for suitable hosting sites to use?

The Usercash/Imagevenue links I've posted are now shit......I'm sorry.

No worries man. That's not what I'm getting at.
Sites will go down/expire/whatever over time. You guys post so frickin' much it would be impossible to keep up.
It's not you could have accounted for imagevenue becoming a mass marketing pop-up site back in the day when they were sweet either.

Whatever is up now is too large to transfer over to proper sites. I'm suggesting a here-on-out kind of thing.

imagebam FUCKING SUCKS. I am telling everyone here that if you click on an image that is hosted there you better have some serious virus-protection software installed on your computer. I do, and I still had trojan.vundo and about 5 others that damned-near got thru.

to me, imagevenue is the best/least risky

TinyPic (http://www.tinypic.com) for everyday images
BigPicHost (http://bigpichost.com) for adult images.

Both support direct hotlinking as well as generate thumbs.
