You paid for a video game and got 9 1/2 hours of cinema quality entertainment for free. Be happy. They could go back to games with no real story.
I honestly enjoyed all the cutscenes in MGS4. It made me feel like I was playing an epic story instead of just a shoot-em-up game.
Also, you can skip the cut scenes if you don't want to watch them.

I think my in-depth analysis of Fallout 3 may have dissuaded some voters from going that route. Sweet. Well, Call of Duty 4 wins. Wrap a bow tie on it.
