Transformers 2 was one of the worst movies I've seen in a long time. I'd even rather go back and watch Land of the Lost or Year One over seeing that garbage again. Michael Bay can ruin anything. I hated it beyond my worst expectations.
It's worse than the first? Oh goody

In fact, if I hadn't seen the first mediocre Transformers, I would've been heart broken by this one. Robots pissing on eachother or speaking in XM radio was bad, but there is much worse in this one. I'm going to go watch the cartoon movie to get this out of my system.

Just throwing this out there.... The biggest opening movie that had less than 25% fresh rating at rotten tomatoes was The DaVinci Code. That was 24% Fresh and made 77 opening weekend.
Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen is currently at 21% Fresh.
But it's a sequel to a MONSTER hit.

At least you were specific with your complaints.

I could've been very specific with my complaints, but then instead of this being a thread, it would've ended up as a novella. Too many complaints to list. Here's a cut down version. There was no followable story, that was non-stop forgettable action, there was beyond corny dialogue, there was incomprehensible dialogue.....it felt like I was watching a 3-year old with toy robots make up a pretend story and I was supposed to follow along and enjoy it.

Its sad that Transformers gets so much talk and Moon and The Hurt Locker gets zero.
I am going to add those lines to get the good word out there.

I said the exact same thing in OT this morning. It's sad that people are lining up around the block to see a drool-fest that is TF2, but I am lucky to Moon to play around here...mainly due to TF2 being on EVERY SINGLE SCREEN.

You are such a no-nothing douche. I'm offended by your ignorance.
I pray, with every fiber of my being, that TRANSFORMERS 2 outgrosses THE DARK KNIGHT. Please, Jesus. Make that happen.

I think I've nailed the past few weekends in a row....I'm surprised by your aggressive hatefulness. A bit unwarranted, no?

Very nicely done by Hurt Locker. All the press Bigelow did paid off. Worth it too. Should easily go down as a top 10 war movie. The best Iraq one by far.
Why?
Because I believe the fanboy fury would disconnect the internet.

Wow...Transformers has put the world in a pissy mood. I hate that movie more than ever....
Not Transformers. Your boisterous yet ultimately incorrect posts. Which you put in the betting threads all of the time. Opinion masquerading as fact. It's terrible. Stop it.

Wow, so posts with opinions are no longer permitted? Negged!
Typical pussy move. Opinions are more than welcome from people who know what they're talking about. You should stop posting.

And why exactly is my opinion uneducated? Because a single prognostication I made was unsuccessful, I am now labeled a dolt? When it comes to the film industry I know ten-fold more than you, and far more than most, so I think I'll keep delivering my usually accurate opinions, despite your whining and discomfort.

I just figured it out.
Oral Roberts is Ben Lyons.
Who knew?! We have a celeb here, GMFers. The fruit of Jeffrey's loins. Rep him with praise. He might mention you on his next poster blurb for "My Sister's Cancer" or the upcoming "G-Force."
