Not a cartoon, its a Disney with a ton of talking dogs with Spanish accents. No clue who is in it, I don't remember recognizing anyone.

This is why the World hates us. We make piece of shit movies just because we can. The budget for this movie would give alot of starving people something to eat. fuck this movie, i hope the people who see it get caught in the fire that erupts at the popcorn machine and burn....slowly.

The one preview i saw of this looked hilarious. The dog is taping like a terrorist message... so funny... the rest of the trailers since then seem like epic fail.
