Yes fiberglass can withstand 60 psi and if you sandwich it with another material you can get it as thick as you want. Fiberglass is cheap and easy to work with.

I'm gonna make the inner mold out of remnent steel that I can get an uncle to weld into the proper dimensions for me. I figure I can just cover the mold with some kind of butcher or wax paper for easy removal of the cast over the mold.

And if this pans out, the hooker is on. Or at least as a consolation, an escort that I'll slip an extra hundo to do the naughty stuff.

If you're concerned though, you can reinforce the area around the drill-sites with an additional layer of glass.

I think, since I'll be putting a small rod into the holes, I can just throw on a nylon washer on each side and use caulking to seal it up. That should work well enough. Hopefully.
