siggy nailed it. butter is actually better than oil for brownies, in my opinion, and i've used the ghiradelli brand brownie mix in restaurants and no one's been the wiser. if you wanna make em taste extra delicious, substitute coffee in place of the water.

also, brownie's tend to get a little heavy if i'm eating them to get stoned so i usually just bake a batch of cookies with the butter instead. they're just as easy and they're alot lighter, so you don't feel too weighed down by all the sugar.

They're all indoors. It's a great movie on how to grow shrooms. The method they use is great. Basically you need to keep a sterile environment because the environment used to grow shrooms is the same for mold. You make a medium and place it in sterile mason jars and inject the spores. Once you've cultured the spores you transfer them over into an aquarium and let the grow.

It's cheap as hell and easy to do if you pay attention. It's pretty much all profit. You only need to buy the spores once and you can keep the batch going forever. It also doesn't take long to grow like weed. I'm prolly going to start this up again for a little extra pocket cash.

I'd start with the rye flower and vermiculite method to start because it's almost impossible to fuck it up. Just make sure to keep everything clean and sterile. A pressure cooker is a must and you can use any one used for cooking. It acts as an autoclave to sterilize. You can get one for around 50$.

Then you need some mason jars. 10$

I prefer to use syringes to inoculate my medium. They're cheap as fuck, let's say 5$.

Spores are a one time purchase and they're only 20$.

The only thing that isn't a one time purchase is your medium. Rye flower can be bought in any health food store and vermiculite in any home depot.

We just chopped her/him earlier today! Pretty satisfied for my first grow. Some of the leaves got some nasty nute burn looking shit going on but overall it was a pretty successful grow. Definitely going to buy some clones ASAP and start another batch, probably should have already lol. It's going to be nice to have some guaranteed females, growing from seed is cool for a first time but disappointing when you get a crappy F to M ratio.

Properly cured weed is half the process. It is hard t wait it out so I always trim sum up to smoke right away and then put the rest into a dark closet to cure the rest of the way.

so right now got the buds hang drying my roommates closet, the plan is to hang for about a week or so and then start curing in glass jars. From what I've read that seems like a pretty effective way to cure, but what do you guys do? This is my first time so I haven't got experience with it.

no light--it's your enemy. dry them slowly, but not too slowly--it's probably going to take longer than a week, anywhere from 2-6. probably need a small light powered electric fan, you need to check them regularly for mold/mildew.

I believe a small florescent should do the trick. But I would buy a book, that is old and has a picture of some old hippy as the author, and read up on it as much as you can. I have heard it is very easy to grow as long as you follow the right steps.

put a pot on with a few cups of water, a stick of butter, and 7.5g of regular weed, or 3.5g of some dank. bring it to a light boil, and then cut your heat back to a light simmer and gently cook it for an hour to an hour and a half. then take a colander or as fine a strainer as you have and strain the whole mixture into a new pot and squeeze the butter out of the weed, i usually rinse the buds with warm water to make sure i get it all. then pop the butter water mix into the fridge for a few hours and the butter should rest at the surface an solidify. scrape it up and you can use it to bake or cook anything where you'd normally use regular butter. the grassy taste is minimal.

another tip to get the grassy taste out of cannabutter is to soak your buds gently in cold water for an hour or two, it will leech out any extra chlorophyll, no loss of thc. then strain the water and use the wet buds to make your batch.

i've never tried the oil method, but the butter always works very well for me. just make sure the weed is pretty decent. if the weed is really good then you can get away with using 3.5-4.5g instead of 7g. also, a stick of butter that i'm referring to is about 115g or 4 ounces.

if the brownies weren't that strong then your weed may have not been that great, just use more of it next time for the same 1 stick of butter. as for trying new drugs, i've never met a drug i didn't like with the exception of salvia. opium is one of my all time favorites, but it's nearly impossible to find and the same goes for GOOD acid. just stick to the basic drugs and you can't go wrong. just know your limits, and don't O.D. like a retard.

my favorite buzz is 30-40mg hydrocodone, lots of bonghits, and lots of beers or shots.

as long as you wrap it properly in saran wrap and maybe put it in some tupperware then it'll keep in your freezer for a few months. it's also much easier to make a large batch of the stuff than just a 7g batch.

Actually it has nothing to do with fertilizer. Fertilizer only ensures there is proper nutrients in the soil to feed the plant. I would suggest a nitrogen rich blend such as 30-10-10. I would also suggest mixing it with perlite for proper drainage.

What will help the plant be female is the PH of the soil. The soil should have a neutral PH level around 6.5 - 7. This is one of the reasons indoor weed is like a million times better than outdoor.

If anyone is interested I could explain airponic systems which don't use soil at all. Also if anyone has the space and wants to fund me, I could make you rich. I grow amazing weed.

Breeder fears 'magic mushrooms' killing rabbits

A Christchurch woman fears hallucinogenic "magic" mushrooms may be killing her rabbits.
Zara Welton, 21, a mother and part-time rabbit breeder, had 28 rabbits in the back yard of her Spreydon property.
Eight rabbits died over two weeks, and Welton suspects the mushrooms are the culprit.
However, a Christchurch veterinarian said it was impossible to prove if these mushrooms were the cause of death.
The active ingredient in magic mushrooms is classified as an illegal class A controlled drug as it has hallucinogenic properties.
Welton breeds two types of rabbit. One breed was kept in hutches with wooden floors, but the breed that was dying mini lops lived in hutches with grazing access to the grass.
Last week she found one rabbit acting "all schizy and jumpy". She took it to a veterinarian but it died after a seizure.
"At first the vet assumed calicivirus or blamed the cold weather, but it was only the rabbits on the grass that were dying, so they thought it might be something toxic," she said.
Welton had seen a small patch of mushrooms in a corner of her backyard, so she picked samples for the vet.
Under torchlight, Welton found her backyard covered with tiny mushrooms.
"They were everywhere," she said. "I tried to search online for any information, but all I could find was tips on how to cultivate them, not kill them."
Welton even rang the Alcohol Drug Helpline and was told magic mushrooms came out at night in cool, damp weather.

those little things are sooo much fun, my girl's a barista and for a while she was snagging boxes of nitrous chargers for us to have a little extra fun. i usually charge about 3 nitrous chargers into the canister and then sit back with some nice music and relax. it's a very quick but intense high it makes everything sound like it's playing through water. you have to be careful because it's easy to get carried away and do a whole box.
