Now then... is it a sign of good faith if you give the pet a reach-around during the ass rape?
I think that would be the ethical thing to do.

Women really piss me the fuck off. Do women not get what kind of power they wield with respect to sex? I'm not talking about whether to have it or not, but what happens after, like accusing someone of rape or sexual misconduct? With great power comes great responsibility.
Do women not understand the impact that false accusations can have? Yeah, we've all slept with someone that we regretted in the morning, but we chalk that up to experience. Just because you're mad at yourself doesn't mean that you can accuse the guy of doing something inappropriate, especially in a setting where word travels fast.
Even the mere accusation of sexual misconduct will RUIN a guy's life. I mean fucking RUIN. Especially when the guy didn't do anything wrong. Even if a guy is cleared, he becomes a social pariah. He has to leave school, find another school, do all of these things, yet these accusations will follow him around like a tattoo of a dick on your forehead; despite everyone's best efforts, it just won't go away.
Stupid fucking WHORES.

A buddy of mine was accused of rape b/c he tried to stick it in a chick's ass. The chick is a friend of mine who I have known for longer than they have been going out. After all this went down, he moved to Hong Kong. Later, she did too. I think she's crazy. Another buddy of mine got accuesed of having kiddie porn on his comp. His name still shows up in the local papers. I guess what I'm saying is, it could be worse.

there are those who would accuse this of being a sexist comment, but honestly: it seems that women operate more on emotion than logical reasoning. this is important when a woman finds herself in a situation in which she is cast out based on her choice of mates.
i'm not saying you're an unpopular guy with the ladies, but for whatever reason, some woman found you to be disagreeable when she woke up.

it depends on the setting. most women, once they reach a certain age, are quite aware of this which is why it's most prevalent in the younger ones who have no experience and don't want to feel like they weren't in control or taken advantage of. with age comes wisdom.

it sounds as though you fucked a girl from your school, she regretted it the next day, and claimed something unsavory simply because she regretted what happened. in this case just try to be polite and broach the subject with her. if she doesn't want to talk, just let her know that if she wants to clear anything up she can say it to you directly whenever she wants. explain your view point, and that you learn from your mistakes (but don't call her a mistake).
if she was drunk when you fucked, broach the subject lightly. let her know that from what you remember the encounter was consensual, and that she's welcome to discuss it with you if she wishes. let her know that you don't appreciate the very open accusations she's making (do so politely), and that you'd appreciate if they didn't come up again.
i'm guessing she was a young pup, first time away from home, decided to live a little but wasn't really into living a little. she was just going through the motions, and then cried foul when it wasn't what she thought it was.

Mushroom stamp her in the forehead. Then claim she head-butted your dick.

i'm not saying you're an unpopular guy with the ladies, but for whatever reason, some woman found you to be disagreeable when she woke up. this isn't in reference to me

it sounds as though you fucked a girl from your school, she regretted it the next day, and claimed something unsavory simply because she regretted what happened.like i said, not me, i graduated from college 4 years ago, but from what I gather from reliable sources, that's pretty much it in a nutshell in this case just try to be polite and broach the subject with her. if she doesn't want to talk, just let her know that if she wants to clear anything up she can say it to you directly whenever she wants. explain your view point, and that you learn from your mistakes (but don't call her a mistake). Maybe you're not really understanding what I'm talking about, that kind of approach doesn't work after the fact and its impossible to know until its too late

If a rape kit isn't conclusive, the dude truly didn't do it, then he won't face any true legal consequences. Yeah, socially it's going to fuck him, but only with people she can get into contact with. There's no proof of it happening, so it's her word against his, people that are currently friends with him will stay friends with him, and bitches that are friends with her are doomed to spending time with her forever.
The storm will subside eventually. Or he can move to Tallahassee.

Anywho, take geneseo (both as a town and a school) as an example, except 1/3 the size of the student body, and the college literally is the town (no walmart, no mcdonalds, no bowling, etc). Now, imagine that some whoer accused you of something that you didn't do. Think about how fast that would spread, even if you didn't do it. Try walking into the statesmen or the idle without every head turning and looking and every single person in there turning to the person next to them and whispering something about you.
with facebook and myspace and that bullshit, imagine how quickly the news spreads.
I'm just frustrated that their are people out there who are either that fucking stupid or that fucking selfish.
