Jared Leto and brother Shannon (30 Seconds to Mars) are being sued for over $30 million for breach of contract with Virgin Records. They signed a deal to make 5 albums and have only made 2 and decided to quit. Leto argues "even though the band has been signed for nine years and have sold more than two million records -- and lived through five regime changes at the label -- they still haven't been paid."

slightly off topic but got dragged to see N*E*R*D* last nite, and they were suprisingly good, however their drummers (2) were crazy, so good and so much energy, shame more bands dont have that energy

Yeah, the Valencia cd that came out last year is amazing and wasn't really selling for a while. I've convinced a few people to buy it. The guys in the band are some of the coolest and nicest too. We saw them on Halloween and they didn't play here for about 2 years. Brendan, the dude who wrote the thing on their page, came up to us and started talking since he remembered us from the last time.
