How many Licence plates does your State have?

I swear to god Montana has gone crazy with different plates, I just did a quick count and we have 116 plates to choose from and that is not including military plates and specialty vehicles.

I haven't noticed any other states having more then a couple. Am I wrong here, are we the only bat shit crazy ones?

Well there are a lot of people in Maryland. So there are a lot of cars. And if each car has a plate then there are a lot of them. I am willing to bet 110+
