Holy shit... This movie is 10 years old? Man, I am old.

In honor of the Dude, Donny and Walter, and the discussion you will all have about this movie, here is some of the worst television dubbing you will ever hear. Because this is what happens when you find a stranger in the Alps.

I read that article. I even blogged about it!

I'm glad it gets the recognition it deserves these days.

I had a college friend who got into some serious trouble on campus by getting drunk and pissing on some girls rug. I agreed to help him when he had to show up for those student trail things provided he watched this film. He got a kick out of the rug pissing scene. And he won the case.

Yea I was a wild one back then.

Guy I knew who graduated last year was nicknamed "the dude" and lived his life in the ethos that one Jeffrey Lebowski lived his. I'm impressed that the man made it into grad school.

Sam Elliot and his awesome mustache are underrated in this film.

A locally owned one screen movie theater, very much of the groundhouse persuasion, in my city recently hosted a Dude-A-Thon. They played The Big Lebowski for three days straight, held a look-a-like contest, Wii bowling tournament, beer tasting, and, of course, trivia.
