So I got a fever last night about 100.1 and took tylenol and was hoping it would resolve by morning. I woke up this morning at 5am with 102.1 and I knew it was bad because I was having bizarre nightmares. So I decided to stay home from work, now I only call in sick when I have a fever, if I have a cold then I can usually manage.

So...what do you do when you have a fever?
