6 ounces premium vodka

4 ounces Applejack brandy

2 ounces amaretto liqueur

2 ounces maple syrup, preferably grade "B"

4 thin slices tart apple, such as Granny Smith

2 slices candied bacon, halved crosswise

So I had to attend to some business in Marshall Michigan yesterday and on my way home I stopped at the Dark Horse Brewey there because I love their Crooked Tree IPA. Low and behold it was growler day. So I picked one up of Crooked Tree to go and am happily drinking it at this very moment. I might start making a weekly pilgrimage to Marshall every Wednesday now.
For a craft brewed IPA it cost me $11 for the jug and brew and then $8 for every refill. That's a pretty sweet bargain if I do say so myself.

Well my favorite species of bear is black bear for many reasons. They're terrific tree climbers, they're intelligent, and they fear humans.

Now this would mean that I should choose my favorite bear from the black bear species. This bear is my specific favorite because he eats only lucky charms and watches Mets games. His birthday is also in February. I met him at my grandpa's cabin near Lake George a few summers ago and we shared a 6 pack of PBR. Not the funniest bear, but he had a good sense of humor and we had similar iPod playlists and watch pretty much the same shows.
